Turkey

Hello again! We had a great trip to Turkey 3 weeks ago. Joost had some free days left and we planned to drive to spain. As we saw the ads for Turkey (200€) we decided to try it out and at least be sure of great weather. And great weather we had! We had an awesome week: a lot to see, lovely people, great landscape and a beautiful ocean. Although we trained quite a bit we gained 2kg each due to the great all inclusive buffets... We staid in Alanya, which has a beautiful old city center and some great beaches. One of the interesting things for Joost as a Mech.Eng were the sun-heaters: Every house had a sun boiler on its roof. Even in the relatively poor mountain region!

We have two friends who are busy developing those, so that's why we posted the picture. Maybe not what you expect from a Turkey-holiday...
